Why does FBLA-PBL not offer a program like the BAA's to advisers? One of the primary reasons for the Business Achievement Awards is to document and prove all the time and effort you have put into FBLA. So why do we not offer a similar series of awards for advisers who have been dedicated to the organization throughout the years, and have successfully lead students into the business world, or have helped them grow as individuals by being actively involved in FBLA. Sure it would be a little more work for the Advisers, but if FBLA-PBL could offer some benefit or incentive, I believe advisers could be pulled in. Adviser's involvement in the BAA's would only help promote student involvement.
