Give chapters (local & state) a directory of Professional Division members in the area and encourage tapping in to the network for business expertise. Allow Professional Division members to create a profile that outlines expertise, experience and types of support that member is willing to give i.e. judge competitive events, mentor students with project, financial, etc.

It would be great to have an online database with chat threads, contact information, chapter networking, etc. that all focuses mainly on using the professional division to further develop student leadership in local chapters. I do not think professional division gets enough recognition from local chapters.
I always felt the professional division needs to be more involved with the other divisions of FBLA. Definitely agree!
A true database of PD members, indicating interests, availability, and willingness to support local/state projects or events would be helpful. It would need to be something that could be maintained locally (or, ideally, individually), but hosted nationally.
